This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare provides the infrastructure that serves this site to visitors.

3. Data we process (GDPR)

FILIP CODE S.R.L. is the data controller for this website. We have designed the site to collect as little personal data as possible:

No contact form, no accounts, no tracking. The site does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not ask you to submit personal data.
If you email us (at claudiu@filipcode.com), we process the contact details and content you choose to send, solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver our services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and taking steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you book a call via our scheduling provider, Cal.com, your booking details are processed by Cal.com on our behalf so we can hold the meeting. Please see Cal.com's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to deliver and secure the site. This is handled under Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, plus any period required by applicable Romanian and EU law (for example, accounting and tax retention obligations). After that, it is deleted.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (such as our email provider, our hosting provider Cloudflare, and our scheduling provider Cal.com), and only to the extent needed to provide those services or where required by law.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email claudiu@filipcode.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

7. Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies. If you follow links to third-party services (such as Cal.com, LinkedIn, or GitHub), those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
